1. Provider and Scope

These Terms of Service govern the use of AuraStream, a web-based platform for streaming community tools (hereinafter "Service"), operated by:

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AuraStream provides live streaming community tools including, but not limited to: community bingo boards, bingo battles, slot hunt trackers, tournament management, wager bars, war room events, and OBS/Streamlabs overlay widgets. Certain features require a paid subscription.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3.2 Account responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at contact@auraforge.net if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

3.3 Accurate information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep it up to date.

4. Subscriptions and Payment

4.1 Paid plans

Access to certain features requires a paid subscription. Pricing and included features are displayed on the subscription page before purchase.

4.2 Billing

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on the selected plan) via our payment provider Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method automatically at the start of each billing period.

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued for unused time, unless required by applicable law.

4.4 Price changes

We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

4.5 Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

If you are a consumer within the EU, you have the right to withdraw from a subscription contract within 14 days of conclusion without giving reasons. To exercise this right, contact us at contact@auraforge.net. Please note that if the provision of the digital service has begun with your explicit consent before the expiry of the withdrawal period, your right of withdrawal expires upon commencement of the service (§ 356 (5) BGB, Art. 16(m) Consumer Rights Directive).

5. Acceptable Use

5.1 Permitted use

The Service is provided solely for personal, non-commercial use in connection with your own live streaming activities, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5.2 Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service;
• Resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercially exploit the Service without our written consent;
• Upload or transmit content that is harmful, defamatory, obscene, or infringes third-party rights;
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service in a manner that places unreasonable load on our infrastructure.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, trademarks, and materials on the Service are owned by or licensed to JustHendi – Hendrik Müller. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our intellectual property outside of your normal use of the Service.

Content you create or configure within the Service (e.g. bingo fields, tournament entries) remains your property. You grant us a limited licence to store and process that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

7. Availability and Changes

We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We will endeavour to give reasonable notice of significant changes that affect paid subscribers.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or merchantability. Statutory rights of consumers remain unaffected.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, JustHendi – Hendrik Müller shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Our total liability for direct damages shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under German law.

10. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party providers, including Supabase (database and authentication) and Stripe (payment processing). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the actions or omissions of third-party providers.

11. Termination

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at contact@auraforge.net. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by e-mail or via a notice in the Service at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding its conflict-of-law provisions. If you are a consumer within the EU, you also enjoy the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.

The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution (ODR) platform for consumers: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board and do not generally do so.
